I Hate Cardboard Boxes
All right, I guess it’s about time for a quick update.
I have now more or less moved into the new apartment. All the boxes have finally been emptied, but there are still a lot of things that need to be done. The first thing that comes to mind is to get rid of all the garbage.
I’ve bought some new furniture at IKEA and other stores and everything comes packed in cardboard boxes. Now, after its all unpacked and assembled, there is a mountain of cardboard in my kitchen, which is generally just in the way.
Also, there is a lot of stuff that needs to be attached to the walls. I have a power drill, but not the time to get it done. Hopefully this weekend, though.
As for the house warming party people are asking about: It will probably take a while. The sofa I wanted will not arrive in another eight to ten weeks, and until then I have four kitchen chairs for you guys to share.
Can’t those kids work any faster?

I’m in moving out of my place these days, and are pretty fed up with boxes as well. Of course, when you move in the problem is to get rid of the empty ones, and when you move out you have to get some new ones. Better to save them for Boxing Day, perhaps?
Also, for the party: We don’t mind to sit and drink on the floor. Some of us (ja Klas, jeg mener deg!) will probably end up there after a while anyway. Following the same principle, instead of going to a club, we’ll just go to the gutter.
hell yeah! all we need is roof over our heads and alcohol. sometimes I can also do without the roof.
You’re both welcome any time.
